Annual leave

We give you a generous holiday entitlement, which in most cases increases the longer you are with us. Our flexible annual leave schemes allow you to sell or buy additional annual leave should you choose.


We are keen to help our employees provide for their future and retirement however far away it may seem. We have a pension scheme with our partners, Friends Life. We’ll tell you more about it when we confirm your employment.

Maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave

Subject to eligibility, enhanced levels of maternity and paternity pay are provided. We also offer Adoption and Shared Parental Leave.

We provide a sickness absence scheme subject to eligibility and length of service.

Disability leave

We also provide disability leave for all our employees with a disability. This leave aims to provide staff with the support they need to deliver in their roles over the long term. Our staff use disability leave in different ways, but it can include paid time off to attend scheduled appointments, or time off when you need time away from work to focus on your well-being.

Cycle to work

You can make savings on the cost of a bike through the Evans Cycles Ride2Work programme where you can hire a bicycle and / or accessories through our salary sacrifice scheme.

Season ticket loans

If you require an annual season ticket for travel to and from your normal place of work, we offer the opportunity to apply for a season ticket loan to cover the cost of your annual ticket.
