Yes, you can complete your application in stages. We've tried to ensure our application process is quick and simple, so it should only take a few minutes.

It's advisable to submit your application as soon as you can though as sometimes we may close the role prior to the closing date if we get a high level of applicants; this will always be stated in the job advert.

You will receive confirmation by email that we've received your application. We'll then assess your skills and experience to see if they suit the role you have applied for. If they do, we'll invite you to interview and let you know by email.

After your interview, we'll let you know how you did and if we are able to offer you the job, we'll confirm our offer in writing and start your welcome process, ensuring a smooth transition to join our charity.

We know it's hard waiting to hear so we aim to respond to applications as quickly as we can. We will make a decision as soon as possible after all applications have been considered and interviews have been completed.

It's great when a large number of people apply for a role with us, although it does mean that sometimes we may close the role before the closing date but we'll always let you know if we're going to do that by putting it in the job advert, so do make sure you submit your application as soon as possible. A high volume of applications may also mean that on occasion our shortlisting process may take a little longer.
