The people we support deserve the very best. Our care and support team are at the very heart of our work. They deliver our mission to ensure disabled people have the freedom to live their lives the way they choose. They empower people living with a disability to live independently and to contribute and participate fully in society.

Day to day

The care and support team members support adults and young people with physical and learning disabilities and those with acquired brain injuries. They work in a range of environments including care homes, supported living services, support at home services and day centres.

Impact

• To date we have invested over £9.5m to improve the standard of accommodation in our residential services.
• In our last satisfaction survey 97% of residents said they were happy with the service we provided.
