Registered Service Manager (15194)

Are you based in Worthing, West Sussex or can commute?

Do you love working in residential care and have a passion for your customers?

If so, I would love to hear from you as I have an exciting position at our service in Fethneys that is home to 8 customers that are predominantly young adults that like social interaction and fun! As such our next leader must have bundles of energy and enthusiasm for our customers and the job!

So, if you are an experienced residential care home manager that can manage a strong diverse team, has a flair for finance, Health and Safety, property management etc and has great leadership skills please apply or call me for an informal chat, details below.

To be successful in this role you will have:

A recognised social care or nursing qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service).
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration.
Substantial experience in managing care teams / supervisory or management experience in a care environment.
Strong people and communication skills with excellent customer service.
Thorough understanding of financial data and ability to manage budgets.
Experience of a range of different departments i.e. therapies, transport, catering, administration, care and maintenance is advantageous.
